Amidst the Brink of War, Some are Giving the Sudanese a Reason to Smile

Leaders of the National Congess Party (NCP) have affirmed that discontinuation of pumping oil has increased tensions amongst Sudan and South Sudan.Whilst it is noted that eruption of war is not yet reached, it almost seems as though the behaviour of the government of the South is not afraid of a destructive path. This is since it has further declined any African Union plans for settlement. It can be perceived that the South is trying to create problems for Sudan. It has provoked it to undermine it and then to fragment it. (...)
